This hole puncher is used for enlarging or adding additional holes to a DCTank Cartomizer. Enlarging or adding additional liquid flow holes will maximize the wicking of the DCTank Cartomizer. Be careful when punching holes because you can easily ruin the cartomizer if you create too many holes or to large of a hole.
